Summer Academy: A Family Adventure in the Red Sea

Summer is all about family vacations, and what better place to create unforgettable memories than by the sea? In Egypt, far from the scorching desert heat, the coast offers a gentle sea breeze and crystal-clear waters—perfect for cooling off and exploring underwater wonders.

The Summer Academy has been specially designed for children and their parents, offering a unique experience where discovery, relaxation, and fun blend seamlessly. Whether you’re beginners or experienced divers, this cruise promises magical family moments in the idyllic setting of the Red Sea.

A Cruise Designed for the Whole Family

For Kids:

• Junior Open Water Certification (ages 10+): In just four days, your children can earn their diving certification under the guidance of our experienced instructors.

• Bubble Maker (ages 8–10): Fun and safe introductory dives, once or twice a day, to introduce younger kids to the magic of the underwater world.

For Parents:

• Up to three dives per day for certified divers, with sites suitable for all levels.

• A variety of onboard activities: kayaking, snorkeling, board games, or simply relaxing on deck chairs or in the jacuzzi with a sea view.

Itinerary: A Week of Discovery

Day 1 – Sunday: Abu Galawa Soraya

• An easy dive to start gently, featuring a 14-meter sailboat wreck resting at 16 meters deep.

• Explore coral patches, colorful anemones, and a tunnel leading to a stunning coral garden.

Day 2 – Monday: Sha’ab Claudio & Sataya

• Sha’ab Claudio: Dive into majestic caves with enchanting light play, home to white-tip reef sharks and Napoleon fish.

• Sataya: Snorkel with a pod of long-beaked dolphins and explore a coral garden teeming with colorful fish.

Day 3 – Tuesday: Malahi & Gotta Even

• Malahi: A maze of canyons and tunnels—a paradise for photographers—where schools of goatfish and sea turtles glide through a magical setting.

• Gotta Even: Vibrant coral blocks and a resident white-tip reef shark await you.

Day 4 – Wednesday: Maksour & Sataya

• Maksour: Two dives on this plateau rich in soft corals, frequented by sea turtles.

• Return to Sataya for an afternoon of dolphin snorkeling and a peaceful night in the lagoon.

Day 5 – Thursday: Abu Galawa Kebir & Siyal Island

• Abu Galawa Kebir: Explore the Tienstin wreck, covered in coral, and discover the captain’s cabin and ship’s holds.

• Siyal Island: An afternoon on a wild island, complete with a sunset cocktail.

Day 6 – Friday: Gotta Even & Return to Marsa Alam

• A final dive at Gotta Even, before heading back to Marsa Alam for a night at the hotel.
